By inviting or using this Discord bot (the “Bot”) on any Discord server, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Bot.

The Bot is designed solely for security and moderation purposes, including but not limited to: Protection against raid attacks, Detection and prevention of bot accounts, Identification of suspicious behavior, and Automated moderation actions. The Bot does not guarantee complete protection against all threats.

3. Usage & Responsibility

Use of the Bot is at your own risk. Server owners and administrators are responsible for configuring the Bot and its permissions. The Bot must not be used for harassment, abuse, or any illegal activities.

4. Data Collection & Use

To provide security services, the Bot collects and processes specific data from your server, including:

• User IDs & Guild IDs: Used for identifying accounts and managing server-specific settings.
• Message Metadata: Analyzed in real-time to detect spam, raids, and malicious content.
• Audit Logs: Monitored to prevent unauthorized administrative actions (e.g., unauthorized bot adds or permission changes).

This data is used exclusively for the Bot's security features and is never sold or shared with third parties.

5. Data Storage & Retention

All collected data is stored securely in our encrypted databases. We retain data only as long as necessary to provide security services.

• Violation Logs: Stored to track repeat offenders and improve security algorithms.
• Configuration Data: Persisted to maintain your server's security settings.

Users may request data deletion by contacting us directly.

6. Disclaimer

The Bot is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. The developer shall not be held liable for any damages or data loss resulting from the use of the Bot. We reserve the right to terminate access to the Bot for servers that violate these terms.
